A dark universe and icy sounds, this is a description that would be far too trivial to sum up Näo.
Indeed, for more than six years and after the release of their first eponymous album in 2011, Näo has been building, refining and enriching his universe. These musicians from Besançon continue to look for new sounds while emphasizing the sharp and direct aspect of their songs. They echo indus music, electronica with a touch of noiserock, question these genres and make them speak. Their compositions are shaken up in turn by the lively side of the drum and guitar bursts.
Pierre-André Pernin, original member and founder of the group is no longer alone in the artisticchoices. The latest album III was released in early 2014 and it was built with Jordan Daverio and Thibault Fellmann. The release of this album was also an opportunity for the group to deeply work on complementary dimensions to the sound.
On stage, Näo has this furious desire not only to render a soundatmosphere but also a visual one. These three musicians are eager for experiments, those that stimulate your senses, that resonate in your stomach and this can be perceived through their new stage proposal. This extremely ambitious creation offers a multi-sensory spectacle which is as frontal as it is spellbinding, allowing the trio to show their music as they feel it.
